Andrew Cain joined Dimensional in 1993 as a portfolio manager with the London office and moved to Sydney in 1994 to set up the firm's Asia Pacific operations, which include trading and marketing. His responsibilities include the overall management of the firm's Australian operation, and overseeing Dimensional's Asia Pacific portfolios as well as those sections of the Global funds falling within this region. Andrew is a member of the Investment Policy Committee.
Before coming to Dimensional, Andrew worked in the insurance industry, employed by CIGNA Corp's European actuarial group. Prior to working at CIGNA, he worked for Almana Computer Services in the Gulf country of Qatar.
Andrew received the CFA designation in 2000. He earned his MBA in 1993 from the London Business School and graduated with a BSc. in 1987 from the Imperial College of Science and Technology (UK).
