Kristina M. LaRusso manages the daily workflow of the operations team at Dimensional that is focused in the US, including communications with external vendors such as transfer agents, consultants, financial advisors, custodians, and brokers. She also oversees the design and implementation of new operating systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and service. Tina started at Dimensional in 1998 as operations coordinator, handling trade entry, cash flow reporting, and new accounts. In 2003, she was named operations supervisor. Tina was previously a conference coordinator for the University of California, Davis.
Tina earned an MBA in finance from Pepperdine University and B.A. degrees in Spanish and international relations from the University of California, Davis.
