Valerie A. Brown serves as legal counsel for Dimensional and its subsidiaries. In this role, she is involved in the preparation of new product and corporate governance materials, business contracts, and related legal and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Dimensional in 2000, she was an associate in mergers & acquisitions and securities law with Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, an international law firm.
Valerie holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School, where she graduated Order of the Coif, and a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley.
